Mary Gail Biebel, founder and principal of CBC, Inc., provides organizational development and training services to a wide variety of organizations. Her areas of expertise include organization assessment and design, strategic planning, change management, leadership and management development, and work system design.

Mary Gail draws upon her experience as a Fortune 100 manager, 20 years of consulting, and her doctoral studies in counseling and organizational behavior.

Dr. Biebel is adjunct Professor of Organization Development and Management in the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University.

She serves on numerous boards, has served as a Quality Awards examiner, and is frequently invited to speak and present workshops at national conferences. She has received American Society for Training and Development Awards for Individual and Corporate HRD Excellence as well as the ASTD National Technical Trainer of the Year Award. She also received the Joseph M. Biedenbach Distinguished Service Award and the Best Publication Award for Continuing Professional Development from the American Society for Engineering Education.
